2. Booking and Payment

All rentals must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email.

A deposit of $50 is required to confirm your booking on orders larger than $300.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by the delivery date.

We accept cash, checks, credit/debit.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Rental Duration and Returns

Rental periods are defined in your agreement and must be adhered to.

Late returns will incur additional charges at a rate of $10.00 per day.

All equipment must be returned in the same condition as received.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

5. Use of Equipment

The renter agrees to use the equipment responsibly and for its intended purpose.

Any misuse, damage, or loss of equipment is the sole responsibility of the renter.

We are not liable for injuries or damages arising from improper use of the equipment.

6. Delivery and Setup

We offer setup services for an additional fee.

Delivery times will be scheduled in advance and must be adhered to.

The customer must provide a suitable space for setup and use.

7. Damage, Loss, and Liability

Renters are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of rented equipment.

Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the renter.

We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during rental use.

8. Weather Policy

Rentals will proceed as scheduled unless severe weather conditions pose safety risks.

In case of inclement weather, we may reschedule or offer alternative options at our discretion.

Customer information is collected for booking purposes and is not shared with third parties.
